The Studienkolleg ETALL offers a preparation programme for alternating trainings in Germany. The candidate takes care of himself and by his own means to find a training offer in Germany. The preparation includes:
- Standard German course from level A1 to level C1
- Medical German course for nursing
- German keyboard computer course
- German culture seminar

Leonel Nelson Nana Yomba is my name. I had started my preparation for the Studienkolleg ETALL of Douala in November 2015, integrating after the classememt test the language level B1. I contacted several schools and was selected for classic nursing in December 2015 for the April School of nursing in Wetzlar, more precisely at the "Lahn Dill Kliniken". I received my visa in March 2016 and since 27 March I am in Germany. We have rooms in the city of nursing students, we have a monthly salary during training. Integration of doctors
The integration of the doctors corresponds to a willingness of the German Government to fill the shortage of doctors in certain specific lines. The preparation in Cameroon is complemented by an upgrade in Germany before the start of the specialization. Specialist doctors are earning a salary. This programme concerns doctors graduating from African public universities. The doctor himself and by his own means to find a specialization offer in Germany the conditions for participation in the programme are as follows:
- graduate from an African public University
- have a language level of C1
- Basic knowledge of computer science
